Also commonly known as Beard Tongue is a pretty clump forming, semi-evergreen perennial which has narrow mid green leaves on almost upright stems. In July all the way through until October the Penstemon Apple Blossom plant will bloom clusters of small bell shaped, pink flowers with pure white throats creating a beautiful sight.
